Returns & Refunds

Any successful refund applications will be issued back to the original method of payment the moment the item reaches Gāoshǒu and has been approved for meeting the refund criteria’s. Financial institutions will have their own requirements for the number of days needed to process the refund and for the funds to be available. All returns should be shipped with a courier that provides insurance and a signed and tracking number service as Gāoshǒu will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods.

Criteria for successful refunds are as follows:

- The product must not have been damaged.
- The product must not have been worn.
- The product must not have been altered.
- The product must not have been washed.
- The product must not have any of its original tags removed.
- All items must be returned within 28 days from the purchase date.
- The product must not have been removed from its original packaging.

Gāoshǒu has the discretion to reject and send back any items that do not meet the above criteria.
